Nice! I'm going to order this, I love the extra security of having extra visibility. I bought a set from O'Reilly's, but they are round. I haven't installed them yet so may give it away to a family member or something. Thanks for the link!!

Since you can pivot them in any direction, absolutely. You can have your main mirror set up to how you want it and then you can angle the blind spot mirror to look down and at the curb.

I understand how to adjust mirrors but the additional blind spot mirrors are absolutely a help and a fairly significant one on this car. My Focus ST had these things built in from the factory and even on a car which had rear windows you could look over your shoulder and see out of- they were still a great, useful feature.

Sweet. I have to constantly adjust the passenger mirror to keep from thrashing the rims on my cars. Gets really old. Thanks for the link. I ordered two pair for my cars.

just finished installing the GR JDM suspension on the BRZ and it's amazing.

Feel wise, it reminds me of the PP BRZ suspension, just with a 15mm added drop.

Next will be BBK, and T66-F's in 255/35r18

Looks great.

Why GR suspension over STI pinks?

15mm vs 10mm drop, plus shocks.

the GR suspension comes with new shocks?

Do you have any side shots? i'm hoping Racecomp comes out with a similar spring like their yellows for the gen2.

Took the '22 to Grid Life this weekend and got destoryed by K24 swapped Civics. Sadly the rain came on friday and I only got one morning dry session in and on Saturday the course was still wet in the morning and then got hot and greasy in the afternoon. Had a good time though, the '22 was the fastest twin at the event.

Here are the best laps I could manage in traffic, granted folks were really respectful about passing and making room for faster cars.

I am going to link where I went into further detail on our sister site here:
Edit, looks like you cant post links from gr86 dot org?

go to gr86 . org and add this to the URL:

/threads/15-mm-drop-for-perfect-handling.1732/post-29694
or just google "gr86 15 MM Drop for perfect handling"
under the spoilers are all the shots you are looking for. it is a full strut assembly that you get from the GR suspension IE shocks, springs.

What's the point of a BBK?

the ELI5 is usually for better cooling, not better stopping distance. A larger surface area for heat to dissipate keeps the temps down for your fluid, which inturn mitigates brake fade over the long-term of continuous heavy braking.

Now, whether or not it is needed for these cars is another discussion entirely and widely debated, as there seems to be two different camps, the former being "better pads and fluid swap is enough for this car" and the latter being "go BBK"

Personal preference for a car that only used on track, never daily driven. CSG pads on stock setup worked really well on my 2016 but brembo kit makes life way easier. I'm not starting a 'stock brakes' debate here. Run what you like and what works in your budget/goals/needs.

Shaftworks USA Bilanx 1 coilovers installed over the weekend! Rides like stock, I'm really impressed considering the spring rates and valving we went with. Gotta do a front swaybar and finally mount up my tires on my TS-Vs before I can comment much on their performance otherwise. Winter is finally over and I'm excited to go autocrossing and TT
