Anyone know if this broken rubber piece was just for mounting? Or if it actually feeds into anything?

Haven't noticed any performance issues, just noticed when doing a casual inspection now that things are warm out.

Edit: the manual calls it an "isolator" but I have no idea what it does/isolates.

It's just an additional mounting point for the airbox. Won't affect anything outside of rigidity of the front cover location.

Just double checking, is the stock pulley is about 10psi and the 3” pulley is about 15psi?

Stock pulley is 8 psi, 2.75 is 15 psi, at least that's what I've seen on mine.

Are you at elevation B_T? I routinely saw 10.5 psi at 7k with the stock pulley.

Got real bad a couple weeks back but I managed to capture the issue in a log when the signal from the MAP when batshit. I disconnected the MAP and found a loose connection in the back of the plug; after reinstall things got much better (car was almost undriveable when cold) but there were still odd stumbles.

Removed the Dbox today. Night and day difference. Sounds better, smoother, when clutching in at a stop the rpms drop to 900 and stay there instead of dropping to 700 and recovering. Since I suspected the wiring to the MAP I ordered a replacement pigtail MAP connector to wire into my Dbox harness. See any difference?

The pins on the original connector are so stretched out you can barely see them. This must have caused constant intermittent contact with the MAP pins. I haven't put the Dbox back in the car yet but this really seems like a likely source of problems.

TLDR: if you do a fresh install I would install without the Dbox first to get a feel for everything and then add the Dbox. Any worse performance, check the connectors.
Toast, I want to buy you a beer!

I've been hunting my idle problem with the Delicious tune and Dbox for months and I've seen your post only today. Did the bypass of the DBox today, and *boom*, cold car that doesn't drive like it wants to die at every corner. Can't believe that was the issue all along!

I'll send a email to the guys at DT to get this replaced.

I think the d box has been phased out. Most tunes are able to compensate for it these days.

Even the Delicious tune itself? Because I'll just remove it for now anyway.

I am, sitting on the gulf coast. I've always wondered if I was getting the right pressure post blower, but that's what I read at the MAP. Even replaced the MAP to check.

Zach still had issues with mine with and without the D-Box. Once we switched to the remote MAP sensor system and removed the D-Box, no more issues.

Forgot all about that. I also did the remote map sensor from you.

More boost than expected.

Anyone here get more than the advertised boost on the stock pulley? I am seeing well over 9, usually high 11s or 12s today I seen it almost at 14.

I am wondering if this is some sort of internal issue, or if its common and they advertise way less than reality.

I replaced the nose coupler before I installed it, if that's of any consequence.

Thanks guys!

Does anyone have any measurements on how parasitic this supercharger can get? If that's even possible to measure..? Maybe in comparison to other FI kits?

Enough to slightly feel it, and not enough to lose sleep over. It's just like the "higher center of gravity" some people mention. You will NEVER feel it. And if you do, some professional racing teams are looking for your talents.
