STFT/LTFT

So, today I threw on the OFT(v2) Stage2+ tune, (I have a catless header). After the tune, I let it run for about 10 min, then easy/normal driving for 20 miles (city and highway). It runs a lot better now an feels stronger. My question is re: the STFT and LTFT numbers at idle as I plan to go e85 after this tank runs out...

For anybody who doesn't check new thread activity you'll want to use the software tuning Subforum 👍
https://www.ft86club.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=88

Video here to explain it. Looking for STFT to go up once E85 is in the lines.

You need to run more miles before starting to be concerned with making changes the ECU does a bit of learning. My big concern right away is your IAM is low. I would read the sticky's in the tuning subforum. You need to log injection mode and coolant temp as well.

This 100%. The IAM should be superglued at 1

Also (unrelated)- Domino's employee?

"Ignition Advanced Multiplier" seen as "Adv. Multiplier" on your screen.

Say you have 10 degrees of advance at XXXXRPM. If you IAM is .76 it takes that 10 degrees and multiplies it by .76, so you are only getting 7.6 degrees. Ideally it should be at 1.

Hmm trying to work the math, as this picture is at 699 RPM (IDLE)

Idle is not in the equation. It`s Ignition adv. Times Adv. Multiplier, so 8.0 x 0.76

Interestingly enough, in the video that was added to this thread, its in line with mine (while on premium gas as mine is also still on premium gas) with idle around 700 and the IAM bouncing between 6 and 8

The blue shirt and black pants... I did delivery a while ago for them. The FRS is perfect if you take out the passenger seat

Oh ok, well as mine matches the IAM in the video, I think I'm good or otherwise I feel like that dude might have mentioned it?

OFT V4 tunes have IAM initial set to 0.7 so each startup iam reverts to 0.7 max, if fuel is good generally 93 then iam will get to 1 after 10 minutes or so of driving, if your on 91 or in canada it likely wont get to 1 due fuel quality.

the ltft is high positive are you on 10% ethanol fuel ?? or you might have minor exhaust leak or non standard intake ?

does the ltft get lower once your at say 2000 or so rpm ??
