Considering Rota Grid 17X9+42mm offset
I tell ya, I love my asphalt fr-s but trying to find wheels for it has been a good challenge.
I was looking at these Rota Grind 17X9s with a 42 mm offset. http://www.wheeldude.com/catalog/pro...oducts_id=6527 Anyone know the specs on these? I did some research and I found they weigh around 20lbs, I might be wrong though. I figure they look match up good with the asphalt and they arn't too heavy. Being in Seattle I will probably put a good set of winter tires, still looking at my options on those. I'm taking it to the track so these might be too heavy if my intel is accurate... Whaddya think?

The Grid is a popular wheel for the Twins. Tons of pics on WheelDudes website and Facebook pages.

20lbs is actually not that heavy, it's a great setup for the track
If you're looking for a winter setup theres also the 17x8 +38 setup which is slightly lighter, but not by much Either one is a great choice but you do get the more concave look with the 17x9's What color are you interested in? Zoeb |

Zoeb - I submitted a question on your website, but figured I'd ask you here since you're on the forums. Do you have any winter tire packages available as I didn't see any on the drop down menus and your tire link is broken.

Thats cool, I was looking at the Hyper Black Grinds. I didn't see the 17x8+38 setup. I'll look again.

Hey Wheeldude
Would these 17x9 GRIDs or Titans with 35 offset be able to fit big brake kit? Say one from Wilwood, Stoptech, AP Racing etc?
I do know they all have different widths, but what are you seeing from buyers that would like to get a BBK on afterwards?? Dan |
