Michelin X-Ice Xi3 or Blizzak ws80

Hey,

Anyone has any experience driving with Michelin X-Ice Xi3 winter tires during winter time? I'm getting ready to buy one just dont know which one to get both reviews are good. If I get a new one it would atleast last for 2 winters right? I plan on using the stock 17" rims I got with the car.

Any advice on helping me decide which one to get is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have run both on my car (well Blizzak WS70's so the older ones). Blizzaks are better on the ice and packed snow but worse on dry, in the wet, and are louder. X-ice also last a lot longer with my aggressive driving. I got 10,000km and 1 winter from the blizzaks on the rear so I replaced them with X-ice and they will be done by the end of this year (so got 2 years from them) at ~20,000kms. That being said the Blizzaks I still have on the front are doing alright as far as life goes.

Also like the above post those tires are great too from what I hear.
