is it too late to preorder a brz?

I backed out my preorder last time, and I regretted about it. I'm here in Los Angeles area. Which dealer will take preorder without markup?

I can wait for about a year. Should I wait for 2014 model?

At this point if you want one right now you should be able to find one at a dealership somewhere. If you don't really want one till next year, then I would just find a local dealer and tell them when you intend to purchase and stay in touch till it is closer to the time you intend to buy. Pre-ordering and ordering appears to be a crapshoot at this point.

My pre-order from April 16 is out to October per Subaru....Wait till 2014's are up for order. Unless you find a killer deal near by which is getting harder by the minute.

I stopped in to Jones Junction in Bel Air, MD. They had one on the lot that was already spoken for (I think he said it was the last from their original allotment) and they've had a few people order.

I was told 6-8 week lead time for a new order with $500 deposit.

They did have a $5000 market value mark up on the widow, so I'll be calling some other dealers when I'm actually ready to order.
