FT-86 SpeedFactory - V1 Cat Back Exhaust - RELEASED

We are proud to finally release our V1 Exhaust system. A couple of you already have this and have been enjoying the beautiful sound it makes.

This is the review of this system and general information.

We set out to make one of the highest quality systems available that was simple and had a great sound. We have a single piece mid pipe section that is mandrel bent as needed and one of the straightest available. A V-Band clamp was used to attach the axle back portion for ease of install, and future V2 and V3 upgrade options.

The sound is awesome, and really lets the boxer rumble out. There is no drone at highway speeds and quiets right down when cruising. We have videos at the bottom of the thread as usual to show off sound outside and inside the car. You hear the exhaust when you want to, by letting the RPM's wrap out with your foot firmly on the floor, and don't hear it when cruising at 3000 RPM down the highway. It is also not overly loud when shifting normally on your morning commute to work.

If you are looking for something made in the USA, that's extremely high quality and provides a great sound, then this is it.

V1 SPECS:
2.5" T304 Stainless Catback to Mufler
Minimal bends, Single Peice Mid-Pipe No pie cuts and welds here.
4" Stainless Angle Cut tips
Made in the U.S.A
V-Band Clamp for rear section
Up to a 7 Wheel HP Gain in the RPM range
Up to a 3 FT LB in Torque Gain in the RPM range
Doesn't annoy the Girlfriend / Wife

Will you guys be selling just the muffler? Iono if there would be a sound difference compared to stock?

It would not fit the stock mid-pipe or any other system.

In car video is up now.

That sounds very loud, much too loud for my taste. How does the sound level compare to other exhausts on the market, like those from Perrin, Nameless, Borla, etc.?

That's a very nice exhaust. I was not expecting the sound to be like that from the pictures, but it really surprised me. It's loud when you want it to be, and mellow when driving normal. That's going to be a very popular system. Looks slick with nice tips too.

Will you be offering a resonated version along with this one as well?

Can't beat FT-86 Speedfactory's customer service either. Outstanding product! Keep up the good work Jeremy.

It's a bit pronounced in the the videos due to all the thrashing we do to get the sound out, but in car under normal conditions it is fine.

V2 will be lighter and louder, V3 is straight pipe for track only use.

No resonated planned. We found this to be a perfect combo as it is. Thank you for the support.

After looking for an exhaust to buy and coming down to a few, this comes out and throws a monkey wrench into that. Am interested tho. Any deals for us ft86 members? Is this only group buy?
Shut up and take my money!

If the quality is even remotely close to your service this is guaranteed to be a top notch piece.
