Is it just me or is the audio pretty much nonexistent in that video?

Did they cut off the stock flange and welded this to the OEM midpipe?

Weird. I have my volume pegged at 100% and I can barely hear anything. Oh well ... hope it works for others!

Looks great BTW.

Axel back looks good, but you should have it bolt on with your flanges. Should have them weld a flange to the exhaust that fits with your OEM mid pipe in case if you want to use other setup. Again please re-record your video because it has room for improvement.

I think its not that big of a problem. You are correct it would be better to have kept all stock connectors, but there are easy solutions. If he wants to change his setup two things might happen.
First, he just gets a catback and he has no problem, that would bolt on to what he has right now.
Second, he gets a cheap stock midpipe from anyone of the forum members who gets an exhaust system and has no use for it.

Apparently they cut the flanges off the stock axle back and attached it to their new one. they cut the flange off the stock midpipe and moved it back so that he could still bolt it on and off.

Not sure why, though. Since it's a custom job it's not like you'll be able to buy another off the shelf axleback and expect it to fit with the midpipe's relocated flange.

The ones I got are 17". It was a tight fit too. (That's what She said lol) No seriously, maybe an inch or two less would be perfect.

Sweet, so the 14 inchers I'm looking at should fit

Now, just to make the decision as to whether or not I really want to cut my exhaust so far back :/
