Anyone successful is scooping a MSRP GR86 in the DC, MD, VA region? All I get from dealers is '$3k above MSRP'.

Got my BRZ for MSRP from Fitzgerald Subaru in Rockville.

You might not have much luck with Toyota dealers in this area, most are pretty miserable.

Join the mid Atlantic 86 group on Facebook, some of the members may be able to point you in the right direction. I personally flew to Rochester for my 86 GT and drove it back

I know a couple of them work at subie dealers and they're getting '22s at MSRP but I'm not sure if any are Toyo dealer people. Hopefully though.

I talked to a local dealer (Pearson) and they don’t even have any info on the cars yet ��

My local Subaru dealer siad they got their 2023 allocations in April, and were all sold the week they got them..

Just picked my 22' 6MT Premium GR86 up for sticker (32k + Tax) at Warrenton Toyota.

They only sell cars at MSRP but they are first come first serve, no reservations or holds. I had to wait about 6-8 months for this one and stay vigilant in my interest to show that I was a serious buyer and not a time waster. They had a pavement 6AT that came and that was a hard pass for me. Well worth the wait. Carvana would come and buy this thing off me for $38,000 lol
