My BRZ headlights are already getting old. If I were to change, I would want to get the new ones.

Well, if they start to yellow or fog up might as well.

Upon closer inspection, it appears the black one still has the pre-facelift rear bumper (curves don't match the Toyota 86's). I have no idea in what context these photos were taken in but I think it would be safe to assume the rear bumper will be the same as the Toyota 86.

I can only speak for myself but one of the deciding factors for me getting a BRZ over FR-S is the headlights. I just think the Fish Hook slightly resembles a hawk eye pattern and while it isn't anything special, I believe it is slightly more stylish and modern looking that just a single projector in the FR-S or the projector with the long LED strip that is standard in the Release Series and Toyo's around the other parts of the world.

Oh yeah, i definitely agree with that and had the same thought pattern when choosing the BRZ, I was saying the new revised headlights compared to the ones we currently have.

Ya I am not sure what is up with the black one either but the white still has it's shipping covers on parts and it all just looks so legit. I do find the location odd as it looks like a shithole and if all the parts were not so bang on I would call foul and think it was just some mod shop making them up. Maybe the white is a real 17 and the black is a 16 they are just making the outside look like a 17 for the NY show?

The curiosity on source of these is killing me! There is no way they should ever have made it out and somebody high up is gonna be really pissed.

This is how you do a facelift, if it does happen to be legit photos. I like the new front bumper, however, the interior (especially the steering wheel) doesn't do it for me.

I just feel like for a "driver's car", why would you need to use buttons on the steering wheel in the first place? It's not like you can change modes (sport, normal, eco...or TURBO?!).

Nonetheless, I still love my Series.Blue, one of the best that Subaru has released so far imo.

It's cool. But the front bumper looks almost FRS-ish with the fang look on the bottom

They appear to be changing everything on that one. Odds are it will have the same rear bumper as the 86. I hope not though since I do not like the angler sections on the new bumper.
