more specifically, xxr 527 18x8.75 +35

will stock tires fit or too small?

This must be a troll. A 17" tire will not fit on an 18" rims.

but in case genuine curiosity, no, tire diameters are not flexible. A 17" tire must go on a 17" rim, etc.

tire width, however, is flexible, and can be stretched/pinched to a certain degree.

Offset won't help. Get XXR 18x8.75 with a 40-44 offset. Should fit
