Add HP/torque 2013 FRS

So I was planning on waiting for the rumored Turbo 86 but unfortunately, it was just a rumor. Most likely, since Covid hit and my finances also took a hit, I am looking for the best/cheapest way to get the car hp to 200whp without using an expensive forced induction kit. Is it even possible and if so, what needs to be upgraded to get there? Thanks

Decatt OEM header (you will spend $25 in new gasket)
OFT used ($350/$400)
E85 if available in your area.

I have the OFT already and running on e85 adds (total guess, 15-20 HP) but there are not enough stations that sell e85 around me which is a problem. Would a flex fuel kit solve this issue so I do not have to plan everything around when I need to add fuel.

Is this the header you recommended?

Keep your eye out for a used Phantom ESC. Should get you up to about 200 WHP about the cheapest way you can go. And it can be installed/deinstalled pretty easily.

E85 is going to be the easiest way to get 200whp and safely. But if it's not available....

The alternative is a EL header like the Ace A350 (pricey), 93 octane:
https://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121460

According to this thread, 91 octane is going to net you 195whp here, so 93 might get you the extra 5. Either way, it's at last in the ballpark and not going the e85 route.

Alternatively, you're looking at a flex fuel kit and running e85 when you can get it, which should put you over the 200whp barrier.

Is there a flex fuel kit that you would suggest? I have a station 4 miles from my house that sells e85 but I hate having to plan around fueling up my car, especially if I am in a rush and need gas.

Just to verify, is this the one?

There's not a need to decat if running E85. You don't get anymore power or kill the tq dip. Just noise and smell.

true, pretty easy to reach MBT while NA with pure e85 also with a cat
the gains would be marginal

I don't recall anybody on the forum posting any visuals/guides, but I found this YouTube video. Basically what he starts doing at the 4:00 mark:
