Well, I can tell you where NOT to go.

One street over from Bourbon street, waaay down at the end, where the street lights get further apart and dimmer, and a cop is standing there advising you not to go further and you see a flickering neon light in front of an old theater about a half block down, that says "Live Sex Show" - DO NOT go there -
