Tomei EL header, Tomei OP, Tomei FP, stock catback.

Gonna warn you it sounds like complete ASS on cold startup because the catback is not designed to muffle that kind of flow.

Yes...I'm sure that catless setup + oem catback would be raspy as all heck, lol.

Planning to finally get a catback? If, yes, which? I wonder which is the quietest, classiest sounding, but still lightweight (ie: not a dual tip with huge full muffler)

We are but we haven't found one that we like (in terms of sound)...

I would suggest the HKS Legamax. It's tips are gigantic, so if you can get some normal sized ones welded on, I'd bet you'd have some good sound.

We tested one; it was too loud for us. We have a lot of Nazi police officers around here, and we also need to be able to test stealthily.

Some Jackson Racing dyno charts to review the thought of FlexFuel.

First dyno chart up for baseline comparison:

Blue Lines - Delicious Tuning Flash & Go Tune (91 oct)
Red Lines - Jackson Racing CARB Tune (91 oct)
Green Lines - Completely Stock Scion FRS (91 oct)

Second dyno chart up for FlexFuel review:

Blue Lines - Delicious Tuning Flash & Go Tune (91 oct)
Red Lines - Delicious Tuning Flash & Go Plus FlexFuel Tune (E85)

This is definitely a killer package on and off the street. The power increases across the board with ethanol on the Jackson Kit really make this a blast to drive.

To answer some questions we have been asked a few times about FlexFuel, and in the simplest explanation of how it all works.

With our FlexFuel BlueTooth Hardware kit on your vehicle AND our Flash & Go Software Tune upgraded for FlexFuel you will be able to make all the power ethanol provides when filling up with E85. And you will also be able to fill up on 91 octane whenever you want, maybe where ethanol may not be available while driving.

There is no need to switch between maps, no need to reflash your vehicles ECU, no need to do anything except drive. Literally you pull up to the fuel station, pump in Ethanol or 91 or some combination and drive off, our system does the rest.

Cheers,
William Knose

Both too loud. We need a LARGE muffler, preferably without packing and just baffling.

We got something coming we're excited about

Or custom make one. Put a big muffler/resonator in the mid-pipe too. Preferably offset inlet and/or outlet.

That's what I did and I pass 90 db sound check at MRLS with 3" exhaust.
