Why sc and not turbo? I know there's a delay with power when using turbo but is it that bad? And I thought sc causes more mechanical strain on the engine?
I dunno I'm curious and know very little.

A SC causes parasitic loss, but unlike a turbo, it gives you low end power ubut that depends on the sc type... centrifugal type sc is basically a turbo powered by the belt rather than exhaust, so it also gives off some lag... a twin screw gives loads of low end power but starts to lose efficiency at the top end

this right here. I spend most of my time driving the car around town where I can't really open it up, so it better fits 80% of my driving.

nah, that takes too much effort.

though I will probably take pics of the install, both for the shop's facebook page, and for here to show how easy the install goes.

During her last few months one morning I even woke up on my side with her sleeping right behind me with her head resting on my neck.

And as the life slowly faded from her eyes I knew not to cry in front of her because she always knew when I was upset... I didn't want her to think anything was wrong or that I was sad. I was strong for her.
....I'm sorry you had to lose your beloved cat
It's so difficult to lose such a close friend. I'll never forget her just like you never forgot about your rosie too <3
I just noticed I miss typed in the beginning. Rosie was a calico* cat.

Anyway I hope during this time you find some peace in mind for your cat Rosie.

Nothing wrong with that. Think of it this way, you can tell the young whipper snappers, unlike yourself, what to do and not to do in life as fair warning.

So I had some extra time at work today, decided to draw up the 86 logo and laser etch it on some stainless. How does it look?

Thanks man. I get to program marking lasers, it's awesome when I get free time and get to mess around with them.

Cool. I don't have lasers at my shop... yet. The closest thing to do any marking is this old mini marking machine with a manual pen too and then there's my water jet and edm machines.
