Wiring in IAT for SD

Has anyone installed an aftermarket air temp sensor for speed density. I am trying to find a diagram that labels the wires to MAF so I know which to splice into.

Why not use your stock MAF for SD IAT?

not sure how much this will help since they're not color coded, but here's a photo of fa20club's external IAT harness for the maf sensor. The two wires on the left are the IAT wires. the right 3 are MAF wires.

Yep, then one end coming off of it goes to the stock maf sensor, the other end goes to your IAT sensor.

THA is your air intake temp
E2 is sensor ground
B+ 12v power
E2G and VG must be the maf signals.

I have done this to mine so it's possible, however I haven't had my car recently to be able to help. From memory you only need two wires and it doesn't matter on polarity. I pretty much just used the picture from above and I had the same connector in my hand.

I might have access to my car later so I'll see if I can get a photo for you.

No it s the green and the one right next to it
Green is pin1, so you cut green cable and the one next to it (pin2) and connect them to the external IAT
the sensor usually has no polarity
