FT86 Speed factory..

Gents.. I recently ordered some drembeezie rear spoiler risers and I paid for the 2 day shipping and it’s been 5 days and haven’t heard back from them. I send them emails and I get no feedback. Anyone else have the same experience?

Which color? It looks like Crystal Black Silica/Raven, Crystal White Pearl/Halo, and Satin Black are out of stock right now.

From my experience with them, if something is in stock you'll get it very quickly. If something is set as "ships from factory" it is out of stock and can take a few weeks or longer. If you do email them, they can usually give you an estimated ETA.

In my experience with multiple vendors, 2 day shipping /= 2 day delivery. You paid for 2 day shipping, from whenever they decide to ship it.

Amazon even makes that clear, I've had Prime 2 day shipping take 2 weeks, but it was "2 day shipping".

I've had 1-day shipping take a week. And normal UPS Ground take 2 days. It just depends when they ship and the proximity to your location.

I had a minor issue with an order I placed last week. I ordered 4 center caps, they sent 3. I checked the invoice, it says they only shipped 3. I was charged for 4, though. I just need to know if they will be sending another one or refunding part of my order.

I tried to contact them via email on Thursday (7/25) and Monday (7/29) and have received no response at all. I have tried using the contact form on their website and emailing sales@ft86speedfactory.com directly.

I really think it is unreasonable for them to take so long to respond to a minor issue like this. I could have ordered another center cap from a different vendor and received it by now.

For anyone concerned, I contacted yo@ft86speedfactory.com and got a response right away. My issue has now been resolved.
