Yes it is the main purpose of a twin screw sc, but this block was never built to withstand a ton of torque down low which this huge sc does. My guess ur motor either detonated or the rods just let go

Im sure somebody more educated could chime in @King Tut @james @Sportsguy83 ?

I like your idea of a bigger and thicker heat exchanger. Perhaps you could also add a Killer Chiller type setup where the coolant is also chilled by the A/C system.

I am 100% sure it was his tune that killed the motor. I haven't seen any definitive proof that X amount of torque at X RPM kills an FA20 motor.

Super high IATs will definitely lead to detonation, but how much boost were you running? Another common issue reported on the Innovate superchargers is not being able to accurately measure the IATs post blower either so adjusting the AFR/timing for IAT is difficult.

Why would you possibly drive the car under those conditions? Throw a larger pulley or a wastegate on that bad boy if you plan to run 93 octane.

And there is no room for a larger pulley, would have to go smaller at the crank. This pulley rubbed a hole in the padding on the underside of my hood.
Sounds like it would have to be custom. Now I am understanding why they said this was for built motors only. I didn't realize it was putting out 20 psi at 6000 RPM. Do you have any boost plots for it?

Pretty much, it should also be noted that Sprintex and the other companies that sell this have done 0 testing on it.
They only decided to sell the thing because they found it fits on the manifold they made.

OP, either sell it and get a turbo build or sell it and any other supercharger.
This blower will require a lot of work to get working correctly, it seems you just want simple bolt on power.

Tuner and owner error.

Well, good luck i'll be damn impressed if you do get the 335 working on the stock block. If you do i'm sure Sprintex would be interested as well as they are adamant that it is impossible to do without a forged block.

Any video and dyno sheets?

I don't mean to be rude, but it kind of sounds like you have a whole lot of money ... a very few car brains.
