I ordered an exhaust for my M3 from them on Saturday. Supposedly they had one in stock according to the website. I haven't heard anything from them since. I am considering canceling my order at this point.

I've purchased 2 items from them, with no problems. It did, however, take aprox 4-5 days just to ship the product.

Amazing prices, shipped from distributor via drop ship.

That explains the delay.

Figured I would update this. I got a UPS MyChoice e-mail today saying that I should be getting a 60 lb package tomorrow. My guess is that this is my exhaust even though Autoplicity never told me that it shipped nor updated me with a tracking number. It appears to have actually shipped on Monday. Not bad ordered on a Saturday and shipped across country from Cali to Florida in a week. Might try to install it tomorrow night. They do have great prices and you can get 35% discount codes on shipping.

I ordered a leader hose for my air suspension compressor and it shipped within' 2 days. Pricing was better than anywhere else I searched. I always am on top of ordering anything though and call whomever every other day if I haven't heard anything.

Still waiting for brake fluid since Sept 14th! Website said "in stock" which is a bait and switch on a lot of e-commerce sites. So I've been told "order has gone to the warehouse", "item is on backorder", "item is backordered from the mfg.", "item will arrive and ship Oct. 2nd", as of now order status say's "not yet shipped". Calls and emails go unresolved and I asked for a refund on top of them giving me the item at their cost for my inconvenience with next day shipping. I sent this demand to every department in the company on Friday night so I should hear something Monday. Basic thought is to NOT steal my money! For right now I say stay away from autoplicity.com

Why would you ask for a refund and expect them to ship it to you for free ?

I got some for free from other sources

If I were buying it though, I'd go to CSG.

I've ordered from them twice, the first time they couldn't get the item and refunded me without any interaction. Sucks, but OK. I recently ordered some brake pads from them for my old GTI, smooth transaction but it took a while to ship. I guess I'm getting used to same-day or next-day shipment from a lot of vendors
