I went to Richmond Subaru today and they have a Black BRZ Limited with 3,000 km - driven by Subaru Canada. $1200 off the list price. At Richmond Subaru @ Richmond, BC. It is 6MT

Spoke with Richmond Subaru's sale manager today. The Black BRZ has no license plate. The car was used by Subaru Canada for press shots and thus is not a demo car!

BTW the manger said the waiting list is down to 3-4 months as they can deliver 3-4 cars a month now, up from 1. At Don Docksteader Subaru where we brought our BRZ, there is still a wait list of 15 and most of them are waiting for the Sport Tech edition!

if it's for press shots, where did the car get 3000km from? Does each picture taken of the car the odometer increase by 1km? Clearly the sales manager will say anything to sell that car.

It is a press car, so technically not a "demo". I believe there actually is still freight & PDI on top of the price. Warranty I believe started in May 2012.

Dandy care --> Thanks for the info on the waitlist. I think I'm number 15 on the Docksteader list as I just put my name on the list 2 weeks ago. Seems like Richmond has a shorter waitlist, but I've heard some bad stories about Richmond Subaru.

Also, Langley subaru has a white and silver 6MT sport tech available, but has $2400 of accessories added to it...

Looks like they've got a white sport-tech for sale on craigslist now too...I wonder if the $30890 price includes freight/PDI?

BRZ or BRZ-Limited? BRZ Limited is around $36 OTD.
