Is this a wax "replacement" or something you apply (after) you have say used carnauba wax etc...?

you can use it as a last step and only step or you can use it on top of a coating like Opti Coat

NXT has worked pretty well for me as a quick wax job. BF you have to do a 2x2 patch apply and then remove, but NXT you can go over whole vehicle, let it dry, then remove. As Justin mentioned, NXT does seem to be more finicky with the weather - for me it was heat. If it was above 90 or so (which being in Austin TX, it is for the whole summer) it just doesn't take to the finish as well.
Who told you that? You can do the whole vehicle then wipe off, even overnight for a more intense shine.

What Zaino does everyone use? For a few years I solely used the the Zaino AIO on our daily drivers. Last year I didn't realize I had run out without reordering and used the Meguir's NXT 2.0. What are people's thoughts between the 2? I feel like the initial shine between the two is comprable, but with the "protection" on the Zaion being better (my wife hit a 5 gallon bucket on the highway at 60mph without even getting a scratch!).

All below NXT. Don't have any Zaino pics online.

I use the Z5 on mine. I find it works great on dark colors. Keeps the swirls at bay.

I use Meguire's nxt 2.0 in the spring with a coat of mother's pure Carnuba on top. Then Carnuba every time I wash till fall, then strip, seal and wax again for winter. 6 month cycle.

I put 3 coats on the first time I did my BRZ, and another 1 month later. I plan to do it at least once a month.

May I recommend some Blackfire Crystal Seal? It's $30 for 8oz, which will last you forever. Gives a deep candy effect.

Same. Ulimate Wax is better than NXT 2.0 which is the previous wax I use because:
a. easier to buff off by hand (less effort)
b. does not leave white marks on black trim in case you accidentally applied them wax on them
c. I thought nothing would beat the NXT 2.0 in terms of beading and protection but the Ultimate outperformed the NXT. The Ultimate Wax beads like crazy, it even beaded a fresh wet bird dropping! (no kidding!)

If I am to nitpick, and this is really nitpicking it: I am noticing just the slightest bit of "wrapped in plastic cellophane effect" when I take a very scrutinizing look at my SWP after a fresh coat of Ultimate Wax. Only visible in certain angles and lighting. Again, nitpicking. Could be how the wax "interacts" with the SWP color. End of the day, I'm still recommending it.

But please take this with a grain of salt: I am not a professional detailer and I only have experiences with products found in the Automotive aisle of Target, if you know what I mean (i.e. 3M, Turtle Wax, Meguiar's). None of the exotic, niche stuff.

Agreed. I think it is the wax setting. After a fresh wax with Ultimate Wax, if I pull it out in the sun and leave it for 30 minutes it will look like there's a melted layer on top of the car. Looks great but is a little weird or different from how carnauba looks.

I detailed the car a couple of weeks ago. Wash, clay, Menzerna FG400, Menzerna SF4000 and then a few coats of Blackfire Wet Diamond. I shouldn't have to touch up the shine until fall. Bought the car last summer and it was parked outside and driven in Boston winter - so there was a fair amount of correction needed. Swirls everywhere.

I've never tried the Blackfire wet diamond before. Looks good I'll pick some up and give it a try. Looks really good.
