@nyrip I think it would be better on a Sunday if @The Racers Line shop is available that day. A lot more people would be available IMO, but that's assuming we all have our own vinyls.

So I actually spoke to my vinyl guy today. He is not available on the weekend, but has offered a good deal on material. If we can get an actual headcount, I can put something together. Roughly $35 a yard. The roof needs just a bit more then a yard.

To make it easier can we try and stick to two colors? Gloss and Flat?

I could also do Sunday the 16th if that works better.

I'd love to get in on this also. I have a heat gun I can bring if someone else has the technique :P

One of my sponsors is a vinyl shop up here in Santa Rosa, called Epic Images. I know it is a bit far, but there are two options. I'm going to talk to the owner tomorrow and see if he is interested in a group buy. He has a parking lot and shop big enough to house everyone, and could hang out and help. Of course, it would be much easier to purchase vinyl from him, and he has many many colors and tools as well.

Option 2, would have to wait slightly longer, but I am close to hopefully closing the deal on a new shop down in Concord. The space will most likely, still be quite empty when we would like to do it, but there is tons of parking and indoor space to have everyone's cars. I'm hoping to get word this week, and I would acquire the shop Sep. 1st. Fingers are very crossed.

Anyways, feel free to keep throwing out options, I just figured I'd throw another out there, as I would love to learn to vinyl wrap, and my roof would look good black!
Wait... My god my prayers have been answered.

How about this- we do the 15th or 16th date for anybody who is willing to make it out that day. We can then schedule another date later on in september. That way we can also see @The Racers Line new shop. And we will be showing up to the 2nd meet up with people who have already had some experience wrapping from the first meet.
That being siguested, we still might have to decide on the Saturday or sunday.

I'll say the 15th unless there's a decision otherwise before tomorrow just so I can post the meet up on the Drive thread. @whiteout13FRS I'll take it to get you some vinyl. PM me for arrangements. @Kerune the new shop will be in Concord if I'm not mistaken.

So the 15th stands. That leads me to the next point. I would like to caravan up there but we can go either 101 and get there fast and easy or take the 1 up to Bodega hwy. This route will take more than Likely twice as long but be a bit more fun. Thoughts?

I'm going to skip the 15th. Maybe I'll do the one in September.

Alright due to the underwhelming lack of interest for the 15th meet let's just wait until a god September date comes around.
