I don't plan on doing these again since I have to do a fairly large run for them to be cost effective and there just isn't a lot of demand. CNC setup time is what really drives the cost up on these. You are more than welcome to the drawings though if you would like to make them yourself or have them made somewhere.

Thanks King Tut, those are the center caps I'm using.
Yeah Orbital Ellipses, I know these custom center caps serve twofold purpose and I do like the design very much. I just am not that concerned about using or not using hubcentric rings. Always thought they were kinda overrated if you properly attach your wheels. :-) |

I have a set I bought from these guys (the custom caps)...but didn't use them. PM me if interested.
Edit: Sorry I didn't update this post. Caps were sold many moons ago. Last edited by jonnyozero3; 04-05-2015 at 07:56 PM. |

Does anyone else have access to a reputable machine shop?
I have some preliminary measurements I took of a RPF1 rim/ring and just need to take one last measurement of the rim on the car with the ring to determine hub depth in contrast to ring/cap depth required. My measurements combined with the templet given here would make the blueprint for the RPF1 Ring/Cap sizing. Please let me know and I can create a zip file of my pictures/sizing. Nick

I have some test sample caps coming in a color very close to the factory WEDS Bronze. Just letting you guys know, it will be similar to this design, but made them thicker in billet aluminum. Pics coming soon.
What do you guys think? Last edited by Gruppe-s; 07-11-2015 at 03:37 AM. |
