FR-S -> GT86 Headlight Conversion for Europe

Hello guys!
Pretty new here and the platform as well. I have a burning question, but let me first explain the situation I am currently facing.

I live in the Europe (Latvia to be specific).
Recently I've gotten my hands on an imported US spec 2013 Scion FR-S.
The FR-S comes with US spec Halogen Headlights without DRL and Straight Beam pattern. I have modified the lens beam to be (_/--) instead of (---).
All is well so far, but, I would like to go from the Stock Halogen Headlights to European Spec Stock GT86 Headlights with Xenons and DRL. I already have the EU spec bumper with cutouts for Headlight washers.

To do this legally, the car needs:
- Vehicle Height Sensor for headlight auto leveling
- Headlight washer assemblies
- Wiring for 8pin connection for the headlights

My question is, which parts do I need for:
- Height sensor (sensor sure, but what wiring, connectors etc.)
- Headlight washers (washer nozzles, caps, wiring, connectors etc.)

And also, how does everything connect.
I would need to know where and how the height sensor connects? Is it the ECU or straight into headlights somehow?
Where and how are the headlight washer motors connected to?
