How would these fit on stock? I may lower in the future, but not by much.

EDIT: I would also likely get 225/40 tires - would this work as well?

(This isn't my car - I own a Firestorm, but this is how it looks on an FRS [images show 17" wheels])
Holy crap, I really hope that 30 lbs is a typo.
But they would fit and 225/40R18 is a good size for this wheel.

Quick google search indicates that these wheels are actually 28.5 lbs. Even if they include the box in the weight, that is way too heavy. Find another set of wheels you like that are closer to 20 lbs or less.

Yeah - I actually noticed the weight after I posted. It's much heavier than stock and I think I'm going to get back towards stock weight in another wheel

Target setup:
Front - 18x8.5 +30 -> 225/40/18
Rear - 18x9.5 +35 -> 255/35/18
Questions:
1) Would they fit stock height and alignment?
2) Would they fit with 1" or 1.5" lowering, front camber...

I think you'll be fine. With an offset of 30 up front, you will poke some.

Sorry if this has been covered. Will these fit without fender mods:

17x9 +25 square on wither 235 or 245 rubber

Sitting on Fortune Auto 500's and will be getting camber bolts for the rear. Currently at -1.5F -2.5R

Doubt this will fit, even with skinny rubber. Max offset for 17x9 is around +35 or +30 with alot of camber.

You can add camber bolts to the front (not available on the rear) and it will give you somewhere between .5 to .75 more negative camber.

For reference, here is a 9" wide +35 wheel with spring compressed to static height (suspension Eibach ProKit with camber bolts installed):

How would a 18x8.5 et +38 square with a 245/35x18 tire sit up front? I am on stock suspension right now but will eventually throw coils on and lower about 1" all around. I know the rear will be tucked but will I have issues up front?

Good fitment, you will have no issues up front even with lowering or camber bolts.

sorry if this is already been covered but i bought a set of xxr 530 in 18x8.75 +33 and looking for tires. i was planning to go with 225/45/18 fronts and 245/40/18 rear and keep car STOCK height, which is why i went with bigger profile. i was told this could cause rubbing issues and i should go 225/40/18 and 245/35/18, is this true and will my initial tire size fit? i want to cover up as much wheel gap/wheel well as much as possible on stock height. thanks

If you go with a higher profile, you will have a taller diameter and raise the height somewhat of your car.

Stick to the closest diameter to the OEM size and gearing will not change as a result, so yes, 225/40R18 for front and 245/35R18 for rear will get you almost perfect diameter.

Not sure if there is a reason you are running staggered tires, you could run the same tires front and rear if you have the same wheels and offsets. Even a 245/35R18 all around will not rub on stock suspension. This is an ideal tire size for that wheel width, unless you like the stretched look.

Not sure I understand your question.
Your stock tires will fit on these wheels, with a bit of stretch.
If you are buying wheels and they already have 235/45R17, (I think is what you're asking) they will fit although they are taller, and it will alter your gearing by 2.8% (you will be travelling 2.8% faster than your indicated speed). But it will affect your acceleration more because of the gearing, which is not a good thing (unless you don't care about it). But they will fit and not rub.

Better tire size would be 245/40R17 which is almost exactly same as stock.
