Double check to make sure all your bolts are torqued properly, and also check your other exhaust components.

I have checked everything 3 times

It really doesn't look like any exhaust component could be vibrating against something, but I can't think of anything else it could be because it started right after installing the Ace header.

The only other spot I could see being the problem is the over pipe against the frame but that also has a fairly large gap between them and the pipes barely move even when I push on them so I see no way it would move enough to touch the frame during driving.

Has anyone else had this problem? I can't figure out what's causing it.
Is it definitely not the clutch pedal rattle that a lot of people seem to have? I get it on occasion. Press lightly on clutch pedal when it happens to see if it stops.

ACE FP too or just the header? Stock cat-back? If it is the 350+FP with a stock cat-back it just has a super "tinny" sound but nothing on mine was touching. If CSG+ACE can have an exhaust using their FP that isn't obnoxious and not "tinny" **mother of god**

I don't think so, this really sounds like metal buzzing against each other. I'll try it out though.

It's a pity you're not here to hear it in person...

The car is boosted, but that adds to the noise, not subtract.

As long as you keep that stock FP, a few decibels. Not too much.
