Yeah if bolts are the concern from ACE, makes sense to me that they just include the studs instead with every header.

I do not believe it is a common gasket so I am having trouble finding a better quality piece to replace it with. Is there a way to purchase a full metal gasket? I foresee this happening again if the same material gasket is replaced.

For the second time, gasket between the header and the up-pipe broke off, it just seems the gasket itself does not handle heat well as the material between the two metal pieces is actually deteriating due to heat. My car is running hks supercharger kit, happened again on lap three on a 2km track first session, anyone else run into this problem and how was it solved? Thank you

I have. my gasket didn't break off, just deteriorated on the side that has the one stud the corner. Have a small leak there.
I have a new one, bought from CSG, just can't decide on what I wanna do before I replace it, to re use studs or get bolts.

Stock box with a better air filter and an intake tube from the airbox to the manifold.

Stock box all plugged up with good panel filter and one of these.
After install you can't see it from behind the bumper

I'd like to see the logs on the effects it has on cooling as well, since the intake portion is kinda secondary to it being a rad duct.

Talk to your local tuner and they'll tell you why this is good for everything. If they can't, you need a new tuner

Better yet just contact @DeliciousTuning for their Ace v6.8+ tune and feel for yourself.

Besides the ridiculously cooler intake temps, we no longer need an oil cooler as oil and water doesn't get above 110*C. This is not recommended, but that was a main design requirement.

For a $200 part, we're not going to spend thousands for dyno time.
