Should be doable. We're putting joints in the rear down tubes specifically to allow us to flat-pack it for easier shipping.

Fitment is done, finishing up the production jig and some final welding before it goes to powdercoat this week.

How many people would be interested in a pre-order for the first run?

I might be.
It will depend of the price of having it flying over the ocean

I may be also pending NASA approval of design and price. The most competitive I'll ever be is TT if I ever reach that high.

The roll bar will be NASA CCR compliant. NASA rules are actually pretty easy (part of why they've gained so much popularity lately over SCCA). So long as it's the right tubing size (which it is, for the 2500-3000 lb category) and is properly padded and close to the roof, you're good. (See CCR 11.4.7)

SCCA has been a little more of a hassle, but we're SCCA compliant as well. No sense making a roll bar if you can't go racing with it.

Now that the prototype has made it into production, is there an idea of price? Progress looks great!

I'm not ready to select a fixed back seat, but one will be installed for the driver side then for passenger. GSpeed has a seat mount with slider that I intend to use with seat install.

I'll be installing Schroth Clubman III 6pt with OEM seats. GSpeed is installing harness mount points on the inboard seat sides for the snap-on lab belts. The shoulder harness will be wrapped on the cross bar with clamp-on web sliding stops.

Pictures to follow.
