Teardown pics are here! Diagnosis is a bent connecting rod.

The crud in the cylinders is from when I removed the direct injectors and what had collected on top fell down in there. I originally thought it had spun a bearing, but luckily that did not happen, or the rod breaking and windowing the block! The bearings look pretty good, actually, considering the abuse I put them through!

Blitz Oil Cooler kit just arrived!

The packaging was superb and the quality is outstanding! The core is huge for a 12 row, bigger than my hand!

That's blue protective film over the ducting pieces, they're not anodized.

New high capacity billet diff cover just showed up. Increases oil capacity from 1.16L to 1.7L with baffles and ports for a cooler. Not bad for only $68 shipped! Got this one in raw finish knowing that I might have to grind down a couple of the fins to clear the 3" Dezod exhaust.

That looks great. And what a value! Does anyone have data on how well it cools relative to stock?

@fika84 appears to have installed it with a temperature sensor, but I'm not sure if he has data available yet!
