You're 17 right now. Stop dreaming and start studying. This is a very long-term plan for you, so if you intend to achieve it, finish school, get a career, then plan your dream build. That's what I intend to do so I can acquire a Supra, and even then, nothing is guaranteed.

Extensive research.... If you had done extensive research, you would that those Fast Intake Manifolds don't take boost well and are prone to cracking. In fact I know 3 guys who have cracked them here locally. You'd be better off using a stock intake manifold, I know guys here use the LS6 IM on their turbo fbodies. Ideally I would do a sheet metal intake manifold

Dude, a 1000 hp BRZ is going to be hacked to death. Not to mention cost more than a new Corvette ZO6. These builds are "dream" builds for a reason. If you had the money, you would buy a different car.

@KR-S 86 @Calum I was referring to the other parts that would be swapped in to replace parts from the turbo kit, such as the Precision turbo.

I'm in the Canadian Navy. I can retire at 39, but there's no way in hell I can live off of 40% of my base pay and no indexing for 26 years.

It isn't uncommon to do 20 years and then get a contract or government job of six figures. Retire from that after 20 and be done with it.


Also if you have the foresight....which nobody I know of does.... putting a lot in to TSP from initial enlistment and following the other plan = 3 retirement paychecks.
