I just dont want to pay alignment twice. lol.
Your alignment will be absolutely jacked up after the coils and control arms are installed.
Personally i would ask them at a minimum to just correct the toe before you drive out. Explain why. They should only charge you 60$ for that maybe even free because you are coming back for real deal.

Small price to pay to have it safe temporarily. Also the shop will appreciate you coming back and having it all done right first time. And not coming back twice for a second corner balance and alignment because heights changed after settling.

Putting stiffer springs up front seems like a really bad idea, unless you like understeer. The front springs aren't anything like as highly leveraged as the rears, so you need significantly stiffer rear springs for balanced handling.

KW V3s are 342 lb/in front, 399 lb/in rear, right? Front motion ratio is ~0.95, rear is ~0.75.
Front wheel rate ~342 * .95^2 = 309 lb/in
Rear wheel rate ~399 * .75^2 = 224 lb/in
Relative F/R stiffness is 58/42.
Even taking into account 54/46 front/rear weight distribution, the stock KWV3 spring rates have relatively more stiffness up front already.

Swapping springs front to rear will give you:
Front wheel rate ~399 * .95^2 = 360 lb/in
Rear wheel rate ~342 * .75^2 = 192 lb/in
Relative F/R stiffness is 65/35, quite an understeery setup for a 54/46 car...

Lol, that sounds like a good idea.

For the settle, will those 4 coils settle by the same rate?
For example, if I drop 1'' front & rear and it settle a little bit after days and I am happy with the extra drop, I dont hav to adjust it again right? They might not be 1.2 drop left and 1.3 drop right correct?

Its impossible to predict, typically the front settles more quickly do to weight distribution. As long as your toe is set safely drive it hard under braking and do plenty of loading and unloading of suspension to help make sure all corners compress and uncompress for a few days before setting your final heights.

I'm sorry I can't add more than this, I don't have my KW's yet! My suggestion to you is start exactly how the manual states and make small tweaks from there to suit your driving preferences. I wouldn't touch the springs until you know more about the current handling.
Probably the best advice someone could give
