Techstream TPMS registration issues

I purchased OE TPMS sensors (picture below) and have tried resetting the codes via techstream.

I keep on getting error for communication, even though I can see my OE TPMS sensor values and can access the ECU.

Thoughts?

You have the real Techstream or a version you downloaded from the internet? I've never heard of anyone being able to use a pirated version to do the TPMS codes, even when said version allows you to do other things.

Came with the cable I bought on Amazon. So safe to say...well yea.

I've read and seems like I need to jumper terminals to "ready up" the system to be okay to recode sensors

But yea, I've coded DRLs and couple other features already. First time getting an error

If you figure it out please let us know, this will save me from buying a $120 Atec Quickset which seems to be iffy to start with on cars after 2012.

Bump in 2023. Anyone have any luck or insight on this?

Did as instructed and shorted the TC and CG pins on the OBD port for >30s, but to no avail.
