Getting in Touch with OpenFlash, Vishnu Tuning

Does anyone know what the secret is to actually getting in touch with someone at openflash? I have called MULTIPLE times yesterday and today. I have sent multiple emails. I sent a personal email to Shiv@openflash. I want to cancel an order before it ships. I know they make a great product but customer service.... If this is a reputable business I shouldn't have to go through these hoops to talk to someone.

Sometimes a phone call is best!
(925) 415-9148

Not everybody has a person sitting at a computer 24/7 waiting for emails.

Have all your contacts been this week? Shiv could possibly be out of the office, sick, vacation, or something right now.

Yes; they have all been this week. However, the OFT and OFH are supposed to ship today. Is he the only guy to contact?

Is there only an email on the order confirmation you should have received? No other phone numbers?

From what I understand it's a small operation, I don't know if they have anybody on staff full time, it is not uncommon for it to take a few days to hear back from them, you're not the first person to post in a panic after no response for basically less than a business day.

I would be surprised if they didn't help you out by the end of the week, good luck.
