Looks about $10 + shipping for a bolt and o-ring. Not bad.

Where are the color choices option? I don't see the color choices on the website.

Sorry about that!

Colors at no extra cost: red, blue, black, gold, purple.
You can even mix your colors, like the picture above!

HI,

I have some questions as below.

1. What's weight different between NST and OEM Idlers & Tensioner pulley
individually?

2. I have Raceseng idlers pulley, but got the recall ~last month.
Here are what they mentioned.

"It has become evident to us that the current version of our idler pulleys are in some cases experiencing premature and excessive wear along the outer surface of the pulley which contacts the serpentine belt. This wearing issue was unexpected and stems from 6061 T6 aluminum being too soft for this application. We are correcting the problem by developing a new steel version of the idler pulley. I attached an image of the new idler pulley design for your reference."

I noticed that your Idlers & Tensioner pulley used the same material as them. Will you have the same issue?
(I did not want to get the recall again><)

3. Do you have new dyno after have additional NST Idlers & Tensioner pulley?

Thanks.

First, thanks a million for the interest in our products, we appreciate it.

Relative to all these questions, we have discussed these points a few times in the GB thread. I can not comment on other manufacturers, I can only point to our success rate with our own products over the past 10+ years.

NST has designed and developed over 100 pulleys for Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Scion, BMW, etc etc over the past 10 years. Some of these pulleys have been idler/tensioner pulleys similar to what we've been working on for the FRS and BRZ. We have never experienced the issue you have brought up. We do not expect any issues based on our past experience with similar pulleys, but just in case there are ever any issues NST has offered a one year warranty with every pulley it has ever sold since 2005 and will continue to do so. Our overall return/service/warranty rate over the past ten years has been less than 1%.

A few photos of other Toyota engines with similar NST pulleys, just for further reference...

Thanks again, feel free to read through the GB thread for more info.

I've had a NST 3pc set in my Yaris now for at least 40,000 miles and 5 years or more. Not a problem, and even the mechanics that installed them were impressed by the quality. They make a difference in how the car feels too. Great stuff.

Too cool! Thank you for posting!!

5+ years, 40K+ miles. This is a testament to the quality and performance of NST pulleys, for those who've been on the topic.

Thanks again, best of luck with all your projects!

Since it seems this is the only place I can find you guys responding to... Can you please update me on my order? I placed an order for NST pullies on 8/16 and have yet to hear a single peep about it. I emailed Monday and Tuesday and left a VM last night.

Order Number: 15228-84117-81540

I don't mind if you need to have them made, but a response of some kind is better than none. I'll be doing a chargeback on Monday if I don't get a response.

Tri, you have been emailed on this order more than once. I would appreciate it if you would keep order inquires to emails only. I can not, and will not, discuss order info on public forums.

I have emailed you on this again and will be happy to continue discussion via email. I will not be able to discuss anything else regarding your order on any public forum and/or social media. All order correspondence must be handled via email.

Please understand that negative posts on the forums only make it more difficult for us to conduct business.

Thank you.

I'm looking to order the Purple set here sometime soon yet don't see a way to specify color while on the website. Is this something you just put in the comment section when placing the order?
