Congrats on the cert, do you guys have any newer on track videos, this is pretty old footage if I remember correctly.

I jumped on the Kraftwerks bandwagon a couple weeks ago. Ordered the C-38 kit and Skunk2 oil cooler. Getting it tuned locally by Vex Performance. Now just the waiting.

That'll be worked on once we get the car back. We weren't kidding when we said the 'car was at the lab.' It's been with that local facility throughout the duration of this entire process.

HELP! got my C38 kit installed and went to flash the base map and the cool little Kraftwerks USB stick is empty! no files at all on it. what to do?

I know I need to call them and will as soon as they are open

I posted the initial post on this issue at 11pm when kraftwerks was closed for the day and was "hopeful" that there would be someone helpful since the weather here today is not great and I was hoping not to have to ride the motorcycle to work.

Fully understand. I was only speaking out of my own experiences. CJ got me squared away as soon as I called. The customer service he provides is frankly, pretty damn good.

Thats weird because my tuner here in tucson has been trying to get a hold of @KraftWerks several times in the past couple weeks and had no luck. They never answer their phones.

I just called and got a hold of someone there and he asked me to email Support@kraftwerksusa.com with the relevant info and they would take care of it but he wouldn't tell me how long it would take because he didn't want me to get upset if it took longer.
