The response you would get from a differential equation to your shock would be "How do you like me now." More or less the 'answers' are the formula that would give you the question. I'm not great at calculus but Kahn academy is a good resource.

https://www.khanacademy.org/math/differential-equations

Most I remember about them is that they are the equations that relate the formula to the derivative. Are you familiar with derivatives at least?

Maybe I'm weird, but I thought differential equations was easier than Calc 3.

Yup, you're weird. Calc 2 and ODEs kicked my ass.

My advice, Chris, is to keep up. Office hours.

Dropped my truck off at the dealership at 820 this morning. My boss called me shortly after 12 letting me know he authorized the repair work. Still haven't heard from the dealership about the work being finished. Am stuck at work. Not a good day.

If you want something done right you have to do it yourself.

Ahhhh poor Cole. He has been "stuck" at work for a whole 7 hours so far. Life is truly a bitch.

Well, hell, you might as well do some work while you're there ......

I'm off to take a long nap ....... AFTER I threaten the granddaughters with having to go out and pick up sticks in the yard (from the last wind storm) if they make noise and wake me up ......

mean ol pa-pa

Are you threating that you will pick up the sticks or they will have too? Two totally different implications there.
