Fellow Madison Area Owners
Hey all,
Anyone else in the Madison area (WI) drive autocross or any other organized effort? I'm looking to start driving and hoping for some advice. I know there is the Madison Sports Car Club - anyone here a member?

I went to their event at Madison International Speedway in Oregon, WI. It's a great group of guys and gals, and I had a great time. When I was there I ran C Stock and my class had a 2000 Miata on Azenis, a 350Z on Star Specs and a stock FRS. We all ran really close raw times, but in the end the 350Z got 2s on the rest of us.
I -think- that I'm going to the event on the 19th which is at Sugar River raceway. There is also another BRZ from Madison which usually shows up from what I hear.

You NEED to drive an event. You truly cant fully appreciate this car until you turn off the traction control and understand how well balanced it is, and how easy it is to control in instances where you think you would normally lose it. Its a blast!!

I think I'm that BRZ that usually shows up to Madison events. I also try to make it to Milwaukee events when I can as well. SCCA this weekend at Miller Park if you're interested!
