I had never actually seen scoring before (had to look it up to confirm that is what it was). I personally think a couple of the lines are pretty deep. I might try to get them resurfaced. But I can also use the opportunity to talk the wife into letting me upgrade. And the kit comes with pads, lines, and rotors. Just dont know if they are any good. I've had one person say they are good, but i'd really like a few more positive (or negative) calls before making the decision.

I'll try to get one later today. It probably isnt as bad as i am making it out to be, looks like a few grains of sand or something got in there and caused it.

It's probably okay but it's hard to tell in pics. Can you snag a nail on the rotors?

The stoptech street pads are good street pads, but may not be up to the track if you're running stickier tires. Their rotors and lines are good stuff if you are indeed in need of replacement.

For the track, it's preferable to have a dedicated set of track pads. That said, Ferodo 2500s are one of the best street pads that can take a little bit of heat.

Snag a nail? Like a fingernail running across it? If so, then yes. It seems like a substantial couple of lines in it, easily felt.

I am not running sticky tires yet, though when these run down further i will likely upgrade those.

Yeah snag a fingernail. It's not a good sign when your rotors are that grooved.

That looks fine to me. I would run them till you see cracks that go to the edge. If you are worried about them, swing down and I will take a look at them. Then show you the cheap $15 rotors on my racecar that look way worse, haha.

^ This. hard to tell from the pic, but dont see pitting or cracking so you should be good. Also I would trust RCE's word when it comes to Stoptech, if you are dead set on changing your rotors.

I'm using this kit currently. The difference is marginal between OEM pads and these stop techs. I did however install the cusco master cylinder brace along with this kit and I feel the brace made the difference in pedal feel, not the pads. Perfect for street use nothing more imo.

I did not. I ended up buying some cheap rotor blanks, and they have worked just fine.
