Should be fair since we're both on e85 and both making peak 7psi only difference is I hit max boost at 3500rpm and taper down to 2psi redline and he hits max psi at 7000rpm.

With E85, I bet combustion temperatures can be cooled enough at 8 psi to not need an intercooler, but I would take more opinions.

Do that race!

Film it sounds like a cool race.

I bet from a dig you pull on him pretty hard (assuming you have traction) and then he slowly reels you in and passes you around 100mph and pulls away. From a 40 roll you値l get the jump but he値l pass you sooner around 60-70mph and then keep pulling away on you.

Got any POV speedo 0-60+ pulls?

where is this at? this is totally sacramento. flat farmlands, no many twisty roads nearby. I usually drive around the sac river on route 160. would love to know where this is at.

Definitely would be interested to see as well. I remember somewhere on here a video of an original Phantom kit, think it might have been a 1.5 kit but not sure, vs a vortech sc. If I remember, the phantom got the jump from a standing start but the vortech caught up and passed pretty quickly. I would like to see how this new setup compares.

That is my first idea but wouldn't it scoop up water with that placement

Fog light is an option, no cop is going to have any clue. Remove windshield washer reservoir and replace/relocate with chase bays mini reservoir to clear out all the space. Remove both fog lights so it痴 symmetrical and place grille mesh guard inside to cover the hole to block big rocks/bebris and make it look oem but still allow airflow. With the mesh and location of foglight bezel no-one will have any idea what痴 going on behind it. Then either run a longer pipe down into that area behind new opening can even now fit a much larger filter and now the filter is out of engine bay and getting cool air or You could get an air duct behind the fog light bezel opening and run a large hose from the air duct to your current intake location and build an intake filter box for the hose to go to. 1st option will have better air, 2nd option might look more stealth and have less filter exposure to the elements.

Try doing a run shifting at 5000 rpm. It seems like the most power is in the 3-5k rpm range. At least that's what I have discovered. It seems like the torque dip occurs at about 5k with the ESC.

So quick update.....I did a few things to try and bring temps down. Now while I really didn't make my charge temps lower I did notice operating temps went down roughly 5 degrees. So before during normal driving after driving around town temps would sit right around 130 (stoplight) at idle then while cruising go down to about 115 and under boost go back up to 120. This time around in similar 95-100 degree weather I noticed idle temps were around 125 would drop to around 110 and under boost go up to 115.
In 75 degree weather. Idle temps sat around 105 drop to 95 under cruising and back up to 109 under boost. Now in comparison with other conventional boost applications. 120 charge temps seems to be normal and for me on hot summer days seems to be my max given without an intercooler. So it's safe to safe I'm good to run without one. So a few of the things I did was wrap the pipes with gold heat wrap. Added a filter heat shield to the in bay filter. Added a heatsink on the maf sensor. And installed these fin pipes in place of where an intercooler would sit. those pipes act almost like a large heatsink.

It's electric, each supercharger has its own control box and set of 24v batteries. Under the gas pedal there is manual switch that's connected to the control box when I hit the throttle and hit the switch the superchargers come on simultaneously giving me up to 7.5psi of boost.
