32 front, 33-34 rear is what worked for me

Was that the instructor in the hot lava? 1:59 is crazy >_<

Edit: i just realized that was Jae. Holy crap that's fast. I should try some RE71Rs and see how I compare.

I've seen some seriously fast instructors on this platform out there!

I've found the SX2 to really like 34ish hot. I just bought a pyro though so I'm sure I'll start fine tuning that.

Are you guys going to RMP on 5/25?

Yep, I'll be there. I just now realized my May is pretty packed. 5/4-5 at ORP, 5/12 at RMP, and 5/25 at RMP. My girlfriend won't be happy about this...

You can make it up to her during the 13 months of winter that will come later in the year!

Meant to ask—what is your harness setup? I've started to notice myself getting distracted by the fact that my seat isn't holding me tight enough on "high" g corners. Might invest in something similar somewhere down the line.

TRMP w/ Turn2 this Friday, weather's looking great. I'm going to take the FRS out because my other plans for testing just got scrapped due to "life".

Anyone else doing T2 @ Ridge this Friday?

For those who track/autox (semi-)regularly, do you guys buy track insurance? How much do they usually run for?

I just signed up for my first couple track events without thinking about this aspect >_<.

I do track insurance. I do value of $50,000 which is more then most BRZ/FRS would do. I used the ones that turn2 recommend. My quote for one day is ~$300.

I'm using an Essex harness bar with Schroth Profi II ASM harnesses. They're a big help, but still won't hold you 100% stable. You'll need a real bucket seat for that, but then you'll also need rollover protection, so...yeah.

Honestly I've never gotten track insurance, but my GF used Lockton for her C7. The tracks I go to generally have lots of runoff area and there's not a huge penalty for going off.

Of course I've probably jinxed myself now.

I've only bought it once. I paid about 175 for the day.

CANCELED

IRDC did not get enough cars to run HPDE during the weekend.

Planning on running RD 1 of PacNW 86Cup 5/11-5/12 at PR with IRDC

Must have prior experience at PR.

You've made me all superstitious, so I got Lockton coverage for my event at ORP this weekend. It was $215 to cover both days for $30k coverage with a 10% deductible.
