I'm genuinely not sure where to begin when talking about the weird and/or stupid shit I have seen people do in email...
That said, I do feel comfortable saying that if you want to remain employed, do not include things like "I slept with your daughter" in your native language when emailing the CEO. He knows how to use Google Translate just like the rest of us. |

Met with a realtor today. Outlined that I want the following...
1 kitchen 1 family/living room 1 master bedroom with bath 1 guest room 1 secondary full bathroom 4+ car garage. First house they sent me was 1.5 million. No shit. Akward call when I told'em my budget was >320k... they laughed. I did not.
