Hard water spots

As much as I hate to say it, my Asphalt FR-S which I love has to be parked outside in the elements. I polish, wax, clean it regularly. But when it rains, it seems like hard water spots just love to make themselves apparent. Anyone know a way to solve this problem? Input appreciated :]
