Can you fail emissions with only one cat?

If you had a catless header and a high flow cat in your front pipe would you pass emissions in state of Georgia?

If you are talking about a sniff test, it significantly helps your chances if you put in fresh gas and keep the cat warm right before. If you are ralking about throwing codes, thoes can be disabled in a tune.

Yeah around where I stay they typically just do a sniff test. I’m not worried about codes. I might even just get a catted header because I’m boosting it anyways but I know catless will yield more hp
