We get snow here just a short jaunt from the house. The lake is about an hour and a half but I can hit snow before then. I drove up one day and hit snow on the downhill. I need to buy some chains. The lake is beautiful when it snows and it's fishable year round unless we get a really bad batch of storms.

It floods here every year so that's nothing new. That pineapple express actually flooded my road. But it wasn't enough to close it. Which meant I still had to go to work. Our local Caltrans actually does a good job keeping highway 36 clear. This road can be downright scary after dark. That doesn't stop people, including me, but it does make it dangerous if driving too fast.

Late night tacos ftw. Your stomach may hate you tomorrow though

So, I'm in search of a putter and a gap wedge. The putter isn't a necessity, but I'd like to have some extra bling, instead of a 10 year old, intermediate putter in my bag. Budget would be ideally under $150 for the wedge and and under $100 for the putter. No qualms with going with last years clubs, as that's what I did with the Fly-Z stuff.

I'm an average golfer, judging that by being able to score around what my dad does, and he plays at least once a week, I'm at around once a month, sometimes more, sometimes less. So I don't need anything super fancy.
Don't mod just for the sake of modding. If the old one is performing well then why change just to change? If you do want a new one then think about what direction you want to go in and try a few and see what meets your need. Do you want it simple and effective so you can zip around the greens or really fancy so that it looks great but is only good for hard bagging at the clubhouse? People on the internet can't tell you what you need to do to your putter it is something you have to figure out for yourself.

It started as just a tire store and grew into a large hardware chain. One of the most successful and largest chains in the world actually. We have one near us that put a brand new Lowes store out of business.

Back bacon. Since it comes from the back. We didn't invent it and don't call it Canadian bacon some dumb American came up with that name.

And regular bacon is also a pizza topping.
Does Taco Bell only sell tacos? Pep Boys sell pep? Chapters sell small parts of books? It is just a name not a precise description of their stock.

Back bacon is not sold on pizzas here. Never.

No. We spell tire as tire.

The first day I came to Canada as a child I saw this store called Grand and Toy at a shopping complex.

Can you imagine my disappointment when I walked in just to find out all they sold were office supplies.

They started out as a tire place, grew with the demanding Canadian market. They're all across the country, in the biggest cities and the smallest towns. They have to carry everything in order to survive.

The only problem is sometimes people forget or lose the notice if they received it. Then the packages pile up at the office.

When I get packages I've seen the different companies put them vastly different places. One time there was a parcel sit on the front porch because we don't use it for weeks. Sometimes the delivery throws it on the side porch where the pitbull is. I'd rather all of them just gave the parcel to the pit bull. I had ontrack take two weeks to figure out where to put a parcel... They finally called me and I had completely forgotten what I ordered.

But I think this coversation is already dead.
What the fuck is a spar?

Not yet, weather still hasn't cleared up enough to where I'd feel comfortable enough to hit up some passes.

Soon though! Might be able to do it sometime this month..
