Driver Side Harness Update
Finally got around to mocking up my driver-side harness, which I separated from that huge pile of harness mess.
Still waiting for the additional wire to arrive before I can start wiring this thing. Either way, I am a visual learner, therefore, made a mock-up version of this separate wire harness. I used black nylon rope to run as the mock-up harness, then used yellow nylon rope as the wire clips, which I then labeled in conjunction with the wiring diagram. As I go about each wire clip, connection, etc, I have a running spreadsheet on Excel that I use to document each wire, which in total will allow me to troubleshoot anything if this all goes to shit lol.

Interior Harness Loomed & Labeled
And here you have a simple example of how the finished product will look.
Of course, this is only for the interior harness. The engine harness will be a different animal...basically like this but on steroids. This H29 connector cable is the rear window defogger clip. My entire wiring harness will be labeled just like this and I might have fun with the project by changing up the loom harnesses. For example, I might use a bright neon loom with a black braid for my SRS harness...still in beta mode right now, but a possibility. Anyways, I am doing a thorough job documenting my wire harness down to the individual wire gauges. Attached are other images showing my latest updates as well.

LMAO, well, we can't talk too soon brotha, still gotta make sure all of this madness works in the end
Haha, but for real, this was one of my biggest fears, 'electrical'...and now that I am going through this process, although it's scary and difficult to grasp, I find it therapeutical, which is weird, but nonetheless, the truth LoL. I swear, if this does work, I'd look into doing more projects like this for others

Few More Harnesses Separated Today
Ok folks, got a few more harnesses separated from my interior side harness.
Again, patience is the virtue of a project like this and no matter how mundane a product can be, if it can assist in any way, it's worth the purchase. As you can see, my Milspec indent kit with colored heat shrink tabs...these bad boys help a ton! I use them to mark any wires I cut, this way when I am ready to reconnect them by whatever means, I don't have to guess where they are at. Of course, I only go one harness at a time, which allows me to maintain the chaos. As you can see, the interior harness has shrunk significantly from the previous version(s) of what it was. From the remaining interior harness, there is one more harness to pull from it, and that will be the passenger side harness. Once I have all of the harnesses separated, I will take a look at how many pins, connectors, and/or wires separate them from each other in order to determine how many connectors I need to purchase. What I will do is pin my own connectors in-between that way I can connect and disconnect them on the fly. I want the flexibility of these harnesses in order to add or remove components. For instance, if I plan on adding more flare to the tail lights, I only have to mess with the driver-side harness where I can disconnect it for rewire purposes, etc. Of course, the other main objective is to shrink the bulk of the harness so that I can bring the engine harness into the cabin as well. I want to tuck the harness on, in, and around the dash bar to allow for the most precise use of the wires, this way I can fit the majority of it in the car. Again, in the pictures, whatever wire I cut, I labeled both sides with the same color indent for ease of retrieval. I've documented each wire down to the wire gauge size and its individual junction points. Of course, what looks like a disaster of colors to ya'll on my Excel spreadsheet, makes sense to me in terms of what wires are connected to each other and how their junctions are connected as well. Haha, and lastly, I'm not only this anal with just my cars...I'm anal with everything else. A few shots of my tv cables that are loomed in wall covers as well as how I organize my shit in the garage too
