How meaty can my car get?

So I want to run 18x9.5 all around with a +35 offset. I also plan to get some federal tires that are 245/35/18. The car is also on coil overs so I will be lowering it. Does anyone have this setup(if you do please post pictures)? Will this setup be flush against the fender will I have to do a lot of camber? Will I have any issues with rubbing?

I run 18x9.5 +35 lowered 1" on springs. Tired are stretched 225/40. Fronts are pretty close to rubbing but it clears on full lock turns. If you're on coils, you'll clear just fine. The fronts poke out a bit and as for rears, mine cambered in a bit so the rear is flush while my fronts poke out. Sorry my photos aren't that great but I hope It gives you an idea about the setup

It depends how much you plan on lowering. If you lower it an inch it'll likely poke. You won't have much rubbing issues... only maybe on full lock.
