My son is a 4x100'er. I let him park his shitbox in my driveway. I should probably kick him to the curb. Thanks for the enlightenment.

that decides it. i need to order 5x114.5 hubs. i want to be a real boyracer!

do i omit that i'm paying money for goods here or in my build thread?

all these new-age rules are getting really confusing. i still can't figure out if i'm supposed to open the door for a lady friend. apparently, opening the door is viewed by some as a form of oppression and control of the other sex...

I got yelled at for doing this for a lady in Portland(go figure). Apparently she is capable of opening a door herself and didn't need a man to do it for her and it was offensive I had assumed so.

She must have known the bolt pattern of my car.

Real talk though

The seller is probably the most vulnerable. They have to post an amount value, the location of the item, condition of item. So if ur complaining about the seller listing your alias as the buyer with sale price, you might have "calufornia" in your bio, that's way less info than the original post.

Someone in my.local fb group almost got scammed selling a turbo, mailed it to the guy, buyer reported it arrived damaged and kept it and got refunded. The seller inevitably won the claim, but its sketchy selling stuff, it might not be a bad idea to say "sold to:"

Yeah, I have a friend who makes splitters for WRX/STI's and he was recently talking about this exact sort of thing. He'll send the splitter and then the person goes through Paypal or the bank for a refund saying it never arrived.

Fortunately my friend keeps proof of shipment and whatnot, so he's been able to get his money back so far.

https://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=143648

As a hypothetical: Am I to understand that in the 5x100 world it would be expected for the seller to publish me as the buyer for a set of uber rare Star Sharks for $4000 and in turn tell a forum full of strangers that I have $4000 to spend AND, as an added bonus, a set of $4000 wheels are inbound to the Bay Area?

'Cause in the 4x100 world, if you ever published the buyer's name instead of just editing/posting 'SOLD', the people that are supposed to be in charge would immediately edit the post and issue a severe warning to the seller.

If so, you 5x100 people are some kind of brand new never-been-seen-before version of daft.
Clearly a Honda owner. I get the theft concerns considering my own honda ownership but.. posting a username of a person who posted they were PM'ing for the part anyways? I think that's a bit too much to be concerned about.

If people know who the person is they probably already know their financial state (or at least how much money they dump on their car), where they live and what parts they have since they probably know the person or car.

BTW, I'm one of the FR-S non Master Race types.
What if one owns both the non master race and master race types?

I also own.. 4x100, 5x100, 5x114.3, 5x120 and 8x165.1...

I guess I'm just non-binary?

I would have replied that I thought she was a man since I'll hold a store door open for whoever is coming...

Fortunately not in this case. Imgur a while back added a rule to their import system so any photos you upload get their critical metadata like location removed.
