On my way to America from Australia, Need some Advice!

Hello my American friends! On the 22nd of February I'll be flying over your way to Orlando and New York to ride the tea cups in disney Land, Watch the New York Rangers, And watch Swedish House Mafia. But here is my question! Whilst I'm in America I thought I could save some money on shipping and pick up some parts, Does anyone know some stores that would possibly sell coil-overs, 5 Axis body kits? Invidia Exhausts? all the goodies? Id prefer the shop to be in New york as that's my last destination and its better so I dont have to haul it around your awesome country Any advice would be appreciated!

lol you gonna stuff exhaust, coil-overs and body kits in your luggage? the amount of fine that you pay for overweight luggages is gonna outweight the shipping cost.

I don't know if you'd be allowed to bring a body kit onto a commercial jet, honestly.. I mean, I imagine you could, but I bet shipping would be a ton either way since you'd pretty much be hauling cargo.

Also, since we aren't Japan, I'm not really aware of shops that we have that readily have stuff available. A lot of the times it's ordered and dropshipped. I'd think your best bet would be to get everything together and have one person collect it at a pickup point, and then take it with you from there.

Might or might not work. IMO your best bet is to contact the airline and make sure this is doable before you're left with a bunch of parts in the US.

If you can ship motorcycle as luggage, I don't see why you couldn't ship a body kit!

Contact your airline about how large a package you can check as luggage. We sell all the things you mentioned except the body kit. We're a short flight from New York City. Maybe pick up a set of our Mach V Awesome wheels while you're here.

Man airline fees have become crazy expensive for oversize baggage. Also I am not sure that most stores these days stock anything. You may want to order your stuff ahead to make sure where ever you find sells them has them.

Kyubi just wants to shop guys.
He'll sort out the shipment once he's in the states. Maybe when he buys the stuff the supplier might even ship it, but he first needs places to go to.
c'mon guys. Help a fellow 86'er out.

Just looked up apparently it is ok to bring a + size surf board bag that can fit 2 surfboards in it, If I can swing it Ill put the kit in there, the coil overs are easy and tbh the Exhaust is pretty cheap to get to Australia, I appreciate all the imput but yeah if there was any kind of shop Id love to visit it and then go from there. And not saying that all sites and shops do this but sometimes postage is a lil over priced so perhaps I could find a cheaper alternative myself whilst being there Once again thanks for your input, If no one knows one Ill just do some research was hoping someone knew one off hand :P

Airline fees will be. A lot cheaper then actual shipping. But expect 1-300 bucks In fees.
People ship canoes, so what's the problem?
Anyway. I hope some of the easy coast guys chime in for you
