Might not exist. There are some excellent, detailed documents, all TSBs on the NHTSA website. I can share those links tonight after work if no other replies in the meantime.
It's quite an art. Buy some off-brand cheap stuff and practice on scraps before diving into the real thing. Experiment with squishing mating surfaces together and separate them to observe the results. Done properly, it takes surprisingly little sealant.

Blows my mind that not a single BRZ owner bothered to film such a routine maintenance task. Other cars would literally have a few dozen videos of this one task. Reminds me of how niche this car was.

On 2nd thought, I had no idea you need to pull the engine for such a common repair.
No wonder there are no videos, pulling the engine eliminates 99% of casual DIY'ers. There's no vids because probably almost no one is doing this repair |

It’s not a common issue on these cars like on the EJ. I’ve actually done EJ valve cover gaskets in the car. You need the valve cover gasket and threebond 1217H sealant or equivalent. It’s best done on an engine stand so you can rotate the head to the top so you can clean the surfaces and not have to worry about oil running back onto the sealing surfaces. DO NOT OVER APPLY THE SEALANT. Follow the FSM. It’s not a difficult job to do. It’s just a PITA. Might as well replace the TOB while you have the engine out.

There's a wealth of info in those. I found it especially interesting to see the document evolve as Toyota learned the hard way how not to destroy these engines.

I had a leak at the front of my valve cover. I cleaned it up and just put extra RTV over the leak. It mostly works. Needed a few times to figure it out.
