Comic Sans guy didn't reply in time, so I rescheduled with the guy who flaked on me before, and was all set to go meet up, then out of nowhere he texts me saying he's "not interested in downgrading to a 500"

Comic Sans guy eventually replied saying he got another bike, so that's that on that.

Had another hit, asking about trades. Not really interested in trades but was curious enough to entertain it. "Any interest in handguns?" Sigh... maybe if I still haven't sold it in a month or two I'll reply back and see. Maybe a handgun would be easier to sell than Erik Buell's redheaded stepchild...

Have you tried Facebook Marketplace? I have had way better luck there than craigslist. I don't bother to sell off CL anymore.

My parents love Facebook Marketplace and have had great success both buying and selling. I believe they've actually done this twice (because they don't have anywhere to store the thing), for a road trip they bought a car topper before the trip and then sold it after the trip. Overall transaction cost maybe $10 in the end.

I haven't, as I don't have a facebook account. But, my dad offered to put the bike up on there for me if it doesn't sell soon and I'm almost certainly gonna take him up on that.

I don't think I have had anything sit on FB for more then 10 days, including my turbo kit. It's easy for people to share the ad and tag people.

Well, I just got another hit on my CL ad. If this one doesn't work out I'll probably have my dad post it up on there as well.

I could've left two hours ago and no work would've been missed. Good thing I got here at 7 because without taking a lunch I'm leaving at 3. I don't have vacation coming up, but I also may have to sneak out early.
